Policies & What You should Know: Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required for full sets from New Clients to secure your appointment online. This deposit will go towards your service. No Refunds - Refunds will not be provided for any deposit or services rendered. Card on File - An active card on file is required for booking. If at any time your card expires or is no longer active, you will be asked you provide another card. Late Arrival - Please contact me if you will be late. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, resulting in a fee. Lash Retention - if you can count how many lashes you have, or know you don’t have any lash extensions, you will be charged for a full set. Fills - You must have 40-50% retention of lash extensions to receive a fill service. You must have atleast 30% retention to receive an extended fill service. No Guests - Additional guests and children will not be accommodated at your appointment. Take advantage of your alone time. Be patient - If you’re someone who is generally in a rush or impatient, I may not be the artist for you. Quality Takes Time - Although our services are booked for a specific amount of time, it may take more time so please plan accordingly. Have an Idea - No matter the service I provide, you will be part of the decision making process. No Cell Phone Usage - Listening to music via earbuds/airpods is perfectly fine. Please refrain from taking calls, texting, or using social media during your appointment. Use the Restroom - Please use the restroom before your service. Reduce caffeine and water intake before your service to reduce the possibility of interruptions. By booking online you agree to all policies shared with you above.
